Origins of the Archive
This project did not start as an archive. Brain Bob was repetition without intent. Memes appeared, disappeared, and returned without being recorded. The Archivist stopped participating. Reaction was replaced by observation. The archive exists because forgetting is faster than remembering. Not everything viral becomes historical.
Context and provenance
An original conceptual document from the earlier archive. Descriptions of collective observation, closure or permanent states express the source project’s ideas, not claims about the current application.
