# Meme Archive ### History in real time Meme Archive is not a website. It is a system for observing memory. We do not predict. We do not promote. We record. --- ## What this is Meme Archive documents moments when internet jokes stopped being noise and started becoming cultural signals. Not because they were valuable. Not because they were priced. But because they were repeated. --- ## How it works - The archive shows random memories. - Some records are missing. - Some repetitions trigger anomalies. - All interactions are counted. The archive observes users as much as users observe the archive. --- ## Collective layer ARG events are collective. When enough anomalies are found, the archive may seal itself. Silence is part of memory. --- ## Files
