Review a two-week editorial experiment

A calendar becomes useful when it helps you learn which work readers actually return to, rather than merely counting published posts.

Context and provenance

Choose one question for the experiment, such as whether source-rich short histories bring readers back to related records. Use the Publishing room calendar as a starting sequence, then state the intended audience and useful action for each draft. A source visit, a saved record and a thoughtful contribution are different outcomes.

Record the dates and places where you actually publish. This package does not connect live audience analytics, so leave unobserved fields empty instead of inventing reach or conversion. If using platform statistics, preserve the measurement window and definition. Compare similar periods and acknowledge small samples; a single popular post is not proof of lasting demand.

At the review, keep examples of useful responses, repeated questions and confusing wording. Change the next editorial batch based on that evidence. Avoid optimizing an arbitrary point total or treating every impression as a reader served. The experiment should produce a specific improvement to content or navigation and one clear question for the next cycle.
